01. Elections	Elections of 2013/14 Executive was held and chaired by Larry Legault. President – Moved by Wendi Prinse 2^nd by Lenneke Bowles to nominate Andre Anglehart. Carried. Position filled by Acclamation. Vice President – Moved by Lenneke Bowles 2^nd by Andre Anglehart to nominate Larry Legault. Carried. Position filled by Acclamation Secretary – Moved by Larry Legault 2^nd by Lenneke Bowles to nominate Wendi Prinse. Carried. Position filled by Acclamation Treasurer – Moved by Wendi Prinse 2^nd by Larry Legault to nominate Lenneke Bowles.. Carried. Position filled by Acclamation Past President –automatically will be Kim Mclandress.
02. Bring Forward For July meeting	- Office computer crashed & needs replacing. Bruce may need to do this and has authority for up to $1000. - Fees up to recoup PST - Liquor prices - Advertising / Sponsors. Lenneke doesn’t like sales but will continue to do the letters / receipts. James might do for a commission? Kim is interested. Need to be confirmed by mid August - Make sure wall insulation is on agenda and summer work bee. May need to replace side boards too. -
