03. Correspondence	Received an email from Best Western on Pub Night Fundraising info. Received a letter to transfer Share from Ron Jacob to Janice Hodge. Larry reminded us that shares are non-transferrable – 1980’s. Moved by Larry & 2^nd by Andre to accept. CARRIED Received a letter from the Ladies to operate the Snack Bar. Moved by Andre & 2^nd by Bobby. CARRIED Membership Requests received from: Ken Andriashek, Darrin Brown, Jerome Cavanagh, Brett Chomlack, Brig de Wirth, Dave Green, Steve Martens, Glen Ringdal, Ryan Senft & Meghan Ward. 04. Old Business	04.1 TV Screens, Camera, Adapters have been purchased. Fred to help with installation.

	04.3 Rock Engraving and Sponsorship – Wendi presented the info from Danny on the program with regards to tax receipts. (Club Development Program)	Finance Committee to look into which club is doing this what get more specific details
	04.4 ATM Machine Andre moved and 2nd by Dave to Purchase. CARRIED
	04.5 Drain the Keg Date – change of date conflicts with spring break. Committee recommended to move to Thursday instead of Good Friday.
05. New Business	05.1 Top Dog – Oct. 12^th with band. Sign up at 7:30 Cost is $5.00. Bobby, Lenneke, Dave & Bree agreed to help with recording shots.
	05.2 Region 11 – Men’s Playdowns will be held here in Dec
06. Curl BC Report	Report Dave presented Curl BC’s Assistance Program Top 10 1. BC Gaming Grants, Raffle & 50/50 Central 2. CCA Curling Assistance Program 3. Curl BC Curling for life Endowment Fund 4. National Sport Trust Fund 5. CCA Club Development Fund 6. Local Sport Program Development Fund 7. Business of Curling Phase 2 Program 8. Hosting a BC Curling Championship 9. Hosting a CCA Curling Championship 10. Dominion Curling Centre Insurance Program. Also, look into heat exchangers on condenser to help save money. International Tankard 2016 – We said yes we are interested. Contact is Katherine Johnson	Lenneke to look into 50/50 central.
07. Manager’s Report	1. BC Hydro has been contacted about claim 2. Cost of our start up was approx. $7000.00 3. ATM – CarTronics – Cost about $3000.00 –we keep 100% profits Need to supply secure spot, power & Internet lines. Comes with a One year warranty. 4. Wrote cheque for $70,000 to CCA for rocks. Then we will get our Grant funds and money for used rocks. New rocks have a 10 year Warranty.
08. Committee Reports	07.1 Executive – met today to discuss direction of board. We are a working board and not a governing board.
	07.2 Finance/Treasurer & Revenue Generation - bar much stronger over the summer - league fees are being paid ahead of schedule - wages up due to additional summer costs - advertising 10,800 billed, 5700 collected to mid September - 20,000 more than budgeted for – in grant proceeds/.
	07.3 Building/Facility Enhancement - loose screws on roof tightened and quik seal applied - will need some minor gutter repairs next year - front garden cleaned up – need some replacement shrubs
	07.4 Bonspiels & Leagues - Ice breaker – cancelled due to low sign up. Band moved to Top Dog - leagues started this week - 48 people in our new Learn to Curl league
	07.5 Membership Recruitment & Retention - Summer program winding down.
	07.6 Juniors & Clinics - Over 30 people attended. Thank you Doreen & Rick. - Oct 1 & 2 – Junior Clinic - Oct 9^th – Junior Program starts with 2 draws for Little Rockers & Juniors.
	07.7 Social – no report
	07.8 Ice Conditions - It’s in. No complaints. James is happy with new rocks and ice.
	07.9 Awards Frank Jamieson fundraiser – November 17^th – Bruce will have tickets. Cheque needs to be issued for last recipient.
09. Remarks	08.1 Past President – Larry - Data base has been updated. - Bobby is working on Face Book - Lobby computer had a fatal hard drive error
	08.2 Vice-President – Andre - thanks to Bobby for his work with Party in the Park - Thanks to Gary, Larry & Wendi - Welcome Bree
