BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

MINUTES

May 26th, 2010

President Larry Legault called the meeting to order at 8:25 pm.

Directors present: Larry Legault, Kim,McLandress, Andre Anglehart, Adam Dyck, Lenneke Bowles, Bobby Neid, Gary Roberts, Ron Magnusson, Gord Jackson, Neil Sulkers

New Business:

- Election of the Executive Committee

Kim McLandress was declared President by acclimation. Andre Anglehart was declared Vice-President by acclimation. Lenneke Bowles was declared Treasurer by acclimation. Larry Legault remains as Past-President.

- Host Site for Ladies Playdowns

Moved by Gary, seconded by Ron, that the CCC offer to host the Ladies Playdowns Dec 1-3, 2011. Carried

The next two Board meetings are scheduled for Thursday, July 21^st, 2010 and Thursday, August 18^th, 2010 at 7:00 pm.

President Kim McLandress adjourned the meeting at 8:45 pm.
