BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

MINUTES

May 27th, 2010

President Larry Legault called the meeting to order at 8:55 pm.

Nine Directors were present.

New Business:

- Election of the Executive Committee. Larry Legault was declared President by acclimation. Peter Lui was declared Vice-President by acclimation. Lenneke Bowles was declared Treasurer by acclimation. Jane Arden was declared Secretary by acclimation. Chris Godwin remains as Past-President.

- The committee structure was introduced and members were asked to consider which committees they would like to sit on.

- Adam Dyck indicated an interest in filling the vacancy on the Board.

The next two Board meetings are scheduled for Monday, July 26^th, 2010 and Monday, August 23^rd, 2010 at 7:00 pm.

President Larry Legault adjourned the meeting at 9:10 pm.
