April 3, 2018: The last of the posts and cross beams for the ice shed are in place, as well as over half of the trusses.

April 4, 2018: The big crane has finished its work and is gone. All the steel structure is up, but it will take over two weeks to weld everything in place.

April 9, 2018: The masonry crew has arrived to build the brick walls for the one-story mechanical room along the east side of the building.

April 9, 2018: More brick walls around the storerooms and washrooms at the rear of the building.

April 9, 2018: There are 20-30 guy-wires holding the steel frame tight and square until the welding is finished. It will take over two weeks to complete the hundreds of welds needed to hold the structure steady.
