  1. Incorporate building contingency fund in membership dues (1)
  2. Incorporate inflationary increases in membership dues (1)
  3. Establish Finance Committee Team roles (subcommittees/members) (1)
  4. Maximize Sponsorship/Advertising packages (2)
  5. Review all current rental rates (1)
  6. Maximize use of facilities and rentals (2)
  7. Maximize grant applications (1)
  8. Review bar operations and inventory practices (1)
  9. Identify major hosting opportunities (3)
  10. Investigate/review merchandising opportunities through the Pro Shop (2)
  11. Partner with local businesses (2)
  12. Establish alternative revenue opportunities (3)
  13. Investigate grant funds available (see CCA website, BCLC website, etc.) (1)
  14. One time per year advertising (stone handles, review advertising pool structure) and other income (bequests) (1)
  15. Consider implementing curling club dollars to be used as league prizes, volunteer recognition and may be included as mandatory purchase as part of league fees (2)
  16. Partner with service groups, charities for fundraising events (2)
